Sunny Morning at the Pier   It's just after 7:00 o'clock in the morning and there are already several surfers in the water. This is at Oceanside Pier in California. Oceanside is a city between Fort Pendleton and Carlsbad along the Interstate 5 corridor. Oceanside has been building up tremendously during the last few years. It's getting pretty around here.
