The Hopi House   This building at the Grand Canyon Village was constructed in 1904 according to the traditional methods of building of the Hopi Indians. The interior walls are plastered with adobe, and the ceilings are composed of saplings, twigs and grass covered with mud, which resembles how huts were built in the old days. Now there is a little store inside.
