Navajo Bridge View

This is a different view of the Navajo Bridge crossing the Colorado River. The one on the right side is for cars and the one on the left is for pedestrians only. Further down the highway 89A is Marble Canyon, Utah.

Navajo Bridge

This amazing steel bridge spans the Colorado River in Arizona near Marble Canyon and Lee's Ferry. The bridge on the left is for vehicles traveling on U.S. Route 89A. The right side is for pedestrians only, it was the older bridge. Both run 470 feet high. The view down to the Colorado River is breathtaking.

Colorado River

This is the view from the Navajo Bridge near Marble Canyon in Arizona. The bridge is 470 feet high. The Colorado River looked very dark in the afternoon sun. Only in some places the reflections of the canyon wall created a beautiful image in the water.

Navajo Bridge

This is the view to the right traffic lane and also deep down onto the Colorado River looking at all the metal studs. It's really an amazing structure.
